Before founding Retro Geoenergy, Mr. Kumar held senior roles in several leading Indian and international organizations, including Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas,
Focus Energy, Oil India Limited, Samit Enterprises, Global Geophysical Services, SeaBird Exploration, Asian Energy Services, Ananta Geo, and SWPEL.
Through these diverse assignments, he has gained deep technical proficiency, global exposure, and proven leadership capabilities, enabling him to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Director, holds MSc Tech in Geophysics from Andhra University and brings over 18 years of extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry. His career encompasses a wide range of technical and operational roles, with a strong track record in seismic exploration across diverse geological terrains.
Before joining Retro Geoenergy, Mr. Neyyila held leadership and technical positions at several well-regarded organizations, including: Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas,
DigiTech, AGS, Asian Energy Services, and Quippo Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd. Recognized for his technical expertise, adaptability, and collaborative leadership style, he has consistently excelled in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments.
